- 1 oz Honeydew Cucumber Jalapeño Shrub
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- Sparkling water
- Ice
- Jalapeño slice for garnish

- Add ice to a tall glass
- Pour shrub, pineapple juice and sparkling water and stir to mix
