Cool off with this frozen Peach Passionfruit Margarita! Bright and refreshing with a hint of smoke. Leave out the Mezcal for an equally delicious mocktail!
- 1 oz Peach Passionfruit Shrub
- 1.5 oz mezcal (optional)
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- Fresh lime slice and passionfruit for garnish
- Add shrub, mezcal (if using), lime juice and frozen peaches to blender
- Once blended, pour into a chilled glass
- Garnish with lime slice and passionfruit for extra tang!
