cucumber gin sour
This cocktail offers just the right amount of jalapeño heat, sweetened with honeydew and a touch of elderflower liqueur. If you’re into spicy cocktails, or you love gin (or both), we think you’ll love this, too!
- 1 oz Honeydew Cucumber Jalapeño Shrub
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 egg white
- 2 ice cubes
- Cucumber sliver for garnish
What you'll need
WHY WE LOVE IT
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
- Add ice, shrub, gin, liqueur and egg white to a shaker
- Shake well for 30 seconds (less time will result in less foam on top of your drink)
- Strain into coupe glass and garnish with cucumber sliver
